Main duties and responsibilities - maintain the customer data base, assist the sales team by arranging customer appointments, handling telephone inquiries, preparing and sending quotations, ensure payment are being collected within the stipulated credit, period, receipt of all customer complaints and communicate to relevant, parties to take the relevant actions, carry out customer surveys and obtain the customer feed backs. candidate profile, below the age of years, should be fluent in english language. passes at gce a/l and credit pass for english & mathematics at gce o/l, salary would be negotiable, minimum years ' experience in similar capacity, good knowledge in microsoft office package, close proximity, no gender preference.
