We are currently seeking a receptionist and clerk to join our team at our college in dehiwala. this role is integral to maintaining the smooth and efficient running of our administrative office. the ideal candidate should have a friendly and professional demeanor, be able to handle front desk duties, answer calls, and greet visitors effectively. in addition to managing general office tasks, such as filing, maintaining records, and organizing documents, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the college. the receptionist will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and staff, making excellent communication skills a must. the role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently. prior experience in a similar administrative role is preferred but not mandatory. basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software are essential.
