Web Developers Required

I am currently looking for a number of web designers/developers to work remotely your role will involve designing and developing sites. i will be asking you to quote per project as they come up. any candidates would need to be freely contactable via phone and email, and skype (not essential) should you have it. we are looking for professionals and beginner, so please include previous experience, and detailed portfolios with your bids. also please include all the web technologies that you are familiar with. to summarise we are looking for people that are self motivated, reliable, happy to work remotely and very good with what they are doing. as a start please provide an approx price that you would charge for coding a very basic _ page static website including contact form.
